What do you like most?
Unfortunately, after many years of cooperation, I am deeply disappointed. Responses are taking a very long time – after repeated follow-ups, I received a standard reply.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Customer service – prepayment for years!!! – no tolerance or compromise like other reliable partners when the business relationship ends. Despite years of collaboration – I would not use them again!
