What do you like most?
After comparing a ton of different property management systems, we decided on Sirvoy. We wanted something cost-effective and easy to use for our small, independent hotel, and it looked like it fit the bill. The transparency during the sign-up process was reassuring; no enter your details and we will come back to you with a package. You can see that the team at Sirvoy is confident in their own product, otherwise they wouldn't display their prices on their website Honestly? We weren’t disappointed. Here’s the quick rundown of how it stacked up: Setup & Installation: Ridiculously easy. UI/UX: Clean, intuitive, and highly user-friendly. Channel Manager Integration: Completely straightforward. Customer Support: Always there when you need them. We were actually up and running within just a few hours. I’m definitely not a tech guru, but even with my limited IT background, I was able to get the entire system configured without a single headache. Whenever I’ve had to preach out to their support team - usually due to my own user error, if I'm being honest - they’ve been incredibly friendly and super fast. Every issue I had was sorted out in a matter of minutes. Sirvoy gives us absolutely everything we need. If you're running an independent accommodation business and want to keep your sanity intact, I can't recommend it enough. And for all larger players out there, I'm sure that Sirvoy will deliver for your business as well. We’re definitely sticking with them as we grow and expand down the road.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
While Sirvoy currently provides robust coverage of all major OTAs, continuous expansion of this network would be great. To help properties maximize their market reach and capture niche audiences, Sirvoy should continue to look out for regional and specialized booking channels. The mobile browser version of Sirvoy is functional and stable, the overall user experience would be significantly enhanced by a dedicated mobile application. - Optimized UI/UX: A native app designed specifically for smaller screens would streamline on-the-go management. - Push Notifications: Real-time alerts for new bookings, cancellations, or guest messages would improve operational responsiveness for hotel staff. - Performance: A dedicated app would offer faster load times and smoother navigation compared to the web-responsive interface.
