What do you like most?
What I like: Solid automation, hostel-specific logic, and real impact on RevPAR — especially for properties starting from zero dynamic pricing. Without Pricepoint It would be almost impossible to manage alone the RM across 11 different properties. Anyway I like the contact and support I have from Pricepoint team, that's priceless.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
- No portfolio view — switching between 11 properties is a bit time consuming - to handle group pricing and displacement analysis within the tool - Restrictions management tool (MLOS, CTA, close-out).
