What do you like most?
Having used this app for a while now, I find it user-friendly and intuitive—not overly complicated, which is especially helpful when training new staff. The 24-hour support is excellent, and the support team speaks our language (though support is in English on weekends and outside business hours, this isn't an issue for us as our team is proficient in English). Regarding pricing, I consider it reasonable and not excessively expensive. We also benefit from their hotel website services; the website tools allow us to make immediate customizations—such as updating photos, location details, fonts, and colors to match our hotel's theme—without needing to wait for external assistance. Another feature I appreciate is the automated email system; we can schedule emails for various stages—post-booking, pre-stay, post-stay, or even birthdays—to send reminders or follow up on specific reservations. There is also a built-in hotel membership system that allows us to create tiered, spend-based, or room-count-based membership programs where guests can earn points or discounts. Room management has also been streamlined; previously, staff had to manually enter booking details into the system, but Exely automates this process—incoming reservations are logged automatically, and the specific room type booked by the guest is selected without manual intervention. It also automatically updates room availability across all sales agents and distribution channels. Finally, setting up promotions is straightforward and uncomplicated; I can quickly set or adjust rates without having to log into each individual OTA platform. It helps manage hotel room pricing to prevent rate disparity. It also provides visibility into competitors' rates—tracking whether they are rising or falling—and offers numerous other capabilities that allow for immediate price adjustments. Furthermore, it eliminates the need for separate hotel website hosting, as it comes fully equipped with a built-in booking engine and payment gateway.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Based on my experience, I would like to suggest a function that automatically raises room rates as the hotel's occupancy rate (OCC) increases; however, the associated costs strike me as somewhat high. Additionally, other features should be added, such as a PMS for other hotel service operations and a data integration system to report guest information to government agencies. Finally, I would like a system that allows the hotel to download and store all data—including guest details and other hotel-related information—directly.
