What do you like most?
I like being able to check ID’s and get card information ahead of the guest actually checking into the hotel.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would improve the credit card aspect. Sometimes there are cards that are not approved because of lack of finances so I think letting the guest know that asap would be very hotel to both parties.
