What do you like most?
The system manages our bed and breakfast and our two holiday homes. I find that the Eviivo system covers everything I need to manage my properties. The support over the 11 years has been very good, and the colleagues always take the time to explain what to do. I like the connectivity with all intermediaries, and I have a place to manage all my prices for the three properties. The reports are good, and I use them for my end-of-month and end-of-year reports, taxes, etc.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
More direct reservations through your system and our websites on your domain with fewer commissions from other intermediaries. More reports on Revenue Management.
