What do you like most?
It is easy to learn and use, and it saves us time. The booking engine and the ability to create customised booking engines are fantastic. We have seen a significant increase in bookings through our own website. The Marketplace is great, and Flexkeeping is excellent. The fact that Mews continually introduces new features and improvements is a real game changer.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We previously used Suite 8, and we miss its availability overview, which was very good. We would also like a feature that allows us to split a reservation into separate bills when guests need to pay separately.
