What do you like most?
The Calendar makes our front office work much less complicated. I especially like being able to change room assignments from the same screen. When several guests arrive or change plans on the same day, being able to see everything visually is very helpful.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Customer Support has actually been very good from our experience. Most of the difficult cases we have are related to local requirements rather than Cloudbeds itself. More Vietnam-specific guidance inside the product would be useful for the hotel team.
