What do you like most?
I like that forms can allow automatic attachments into our reservation system. Guests feel like they are texting us directly which is nice for the both of us.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Less AI messages, since things that I have often said already get repeated automatically. Guests will get confused and message us back sometimes. It feels the AI can be very unnecessary.
