What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The only area I believe could be improved is the reporting dashboards. While they provide valuable insights, making them more customizable would allow for deeper analysis of guest behavior and campaign performance, giving hotels even greater control over their strategies. As I know they already done it - starting 2026! We cant't wait for that!
