What do you like most?
This software was clearly made by people who understand the hotel budgeting process! The way that one can drill down to a very granular level and change things with only a few mouse clicks rather than hours of work in spreadsheets shows the care in developing the team as they have made it easy and time saving for financial review. The automatic calculations used for the System Recommended Forecast realistic as there is so much taken into account! Having considered all of this, what takes this product over the top is the customer service! We have had a superior experience from discovery, sales, implementation and training. And training! Wow! I don't know where to begin... we have felt completely supported through the process. So great customer service combined with a budgeting system that gives us time back while allowing us to review budgets and forecasting to a very granular level almost seems as though it's too good to be true. But let me tell you, this unicorn is very real!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Right now, the only thing that could be improved is my knowledge of the system! There is so much power here!
