What do you like most?
What I like most about Snapfix is how simple and effective it is, allowing teams to report, track, and resolve issues quickly through an easy-to-use photo-based system.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
One improvement I would suggest for Snapfix is the ability to schedule and automate more reports, as most reports currently need to be generated manually through the web app.
