Only improvement would be allowing more of the description of the issue in the wording. The other thing would be good if you put in a Snapfix and then if it was not actioned to send a reminder to maintenance too.

Great piece of software that allows us to fix, expedite and keep track of maintenance on an area by area and room by room basis.
This has improved our response times and allowed us to more easily identify problem areas as well as repetitious issues.
Snapfix has allowed us to easily create a preventative maintenance program and we also use it to track 'lost & found' items, which speeds up the process of us dealing with enquires etc...
Highly recommend this app, one of the best things I've purchased in years.

Reporting systems to help us to easier identify repetitive issues, while we can do this by downloading an excel file it would be wickedly helpful to just be able to pull up a report on a specific room/area/zone.

Snapfix is a great stand alone product which is so easy-to-use that you don't really need a complex connection with any PMS software. There red, yellow, green traffic light workflow with just images makes it easy to overcome language barriers when training your staff. Plus they have good customer support.
