What do you like most?
Stayntouch PMS is a great system that's easy to use and simple to navigate. The interface is clean, modern, and intuitive, making everyday hotel operations much easier to manage. One of the things I like most is how straightforward everything is. You don't have to click through endless screens or deal with complicated processes to get things done. It's easy to learn, which makes training new team members much smoother. Overall, Stayntouch does a great job of keeping things simple without sacrificing functionality. It's a user-friendly PMS that makes day-to-day tasks more efficient and allows the team to focus more on the guest experience.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The one area where I feel Stayntouch could really improve is reporting. The reporting functionality is fairly limited, and I would love to see a built-in report writer that allows users to customize reports based on their needs. Many of the existing reports feel more like raw data dumps, requiring additional work in Excel or another system to make the information useful and presentable. Having more flexibility with report layouts, formatting, and customization would be a big improvement.
