What do you like most?
It's easy for all our staff to communicate with guests by the app, a fast way to respond to all customer requests by text, SMS, messaging, and respond easily to questions and orders. No download for guests, so it's the best way to collaborate and contribute to providing the best experience for them! Thanks to the onboarding teams for taking the time with us and explaining many tips to use the app. It's a great product to save operational time! And it's valuable in our small hotel! We have gained comfort for all our team! Thanks a lot for this great discovery at the Food Hotel Tech Paris event! A big thank you for your help throughout the process, to the Onboarding team who took the time to support us and show each step of the setup despite the difficulty of following the entire training in English. Using the app remains very simple and smooth for all our staff, even novices! We save valuable time with formalities, automatic responses to customer requests, with ease for upselling that integrates directly into our PMS. We truly felt supported and guided in creating content for our customer app. Tests are conducted before commissioning to ensure we are not thrown into the deep end until everything is operational. The only point to know is that a Meta Business Manager is required, as well as a mobile phone that will only be used for WhatsApp. The app is pleasant and up-to-date, ideal for replacing the outdated room directory, saving time for management because upselling becomes easier, and the police forms are automatically completed by guests. A real refresh thanks to AI, which answers the most common questions from our guests, giving them quality time upon arrival! Thank you.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
More simplicity in the onboarding process and maybe in French because sometimes it's hard to explain where we need help, and also difficult with the Meta Business Manager when we didn't have it before.
