What do you like most?
One of the things I liked most about Optii is Communicating without speaking That's saves us time and energy, and help us have good experience with the guest.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The communication between Opera and Optii needs more work on that. As sometimes Optii keeps changing rooms to uncovered even after been clean.
