What do you like most?
Quicktext is the worst service provider our company, Edgar Suites, has worked with in nearly 10 years. First of all, despite the grandiose promises displayed on its website, its interface is simply dysfunctional, and this applies to all the advertised features. We have repeatedly alerted them to these problems, but the Quicktext teams have proven incapable of resolving them, or even of taking responsibility by providing any credible explanation. They have simply dodged the issue. But the most serious problem lies in the company's behavior itself. When we informed them of our intention to terminate the contract, Quicktext deliberately abused the SEPA mandate granted to them by debiting undue amounts. We have repeatedly requested a refund of these amounts, but Quicktext continues to refuse, without providing any explanation whatsoever for these unauthorized debits (we are talking about tens of thousands of euros!). This is simply unacceptable. Quicktext is not a reliable partner and poses a risk to your business. We strongly advise against any company using this solution.
