What do you like most?
I would highly recommend this. It integrates directly with our PMS (Mews - but they work with lots) and the moment a reservation comes in or they have checked in the guests gets a personalised whatsapp message and that becomes their personal digital concierge there to help with any query about the hotel or location and things to do. It has helped us increase our online check ins as also sends this as well as invoice after check out. It also integrates with our Task management software (Flexkeeping) which is really neat - if an in house guest sends a message asking for example for an extra pillow - it will send this task automatically to the housekeeper assigned to that room! It is giving our team back time to do what they are best at which is welcoming guests and delivering great experiences.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It is great as it is! But, one thing extra we would really like to improve our analysis on feedback and increase the number of reviews we receive on Google and would love for the next integration to be with a reputation management provider to push this feedback from whatsapp onto a review platform.
