What do you like most?
Ease of use cost effective, but more than that - keral support team mrs Subi is always available. I believe in service than the product & yes you have a gem in your company to support my hotel.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Language barrier is there - as mint staff needs to know regional language where the hotel is located, free OTA listing was not good as I had to rework on it as whole- better to no do rather than make a mess. A location of a dedicated rm rather than customer care will also be good as it helps in rapo and ease of communication when it comes to language. b2b platforms I am not getting any leads, rest all is good.
