What do you like most?
The system is very easy to work with. Love that I can do everything thing needed without have to jump to different areas. Billing and routing is very easy to set up for groups.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
When you use the help tool the window that comes up is very small and difficult to read. Fortunately you can print the info.
