What do you like most?
Great platform for total hotel budgeting and forecasting. Ability to forecast at a monthly or daily level with options of using various historical data available to build the forecast/budget. Additional forecast metrics available such as Arrivals, Departure, Stayover, guest occupancy by day/segment to further enhance financial planning. Ability to ingest data from more that just the PMS - F&B POS for instance.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Ability to Budget at an annual level and then for the system to phase into the months and days based on pre-selected option. More data extraction options and further extraction granularity would be beneficial.
