What do you like most?
DUVE app has been very reliable when it comes to Guests Request, Pre Arrival, Upselling & Post Departure stays within the guests journey.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
In other apps that we had eg Smart Butler, it gave us a certain time frame to have tasks completed and it helped the Manager better manage the productivity of the individual staffs, tracked their performance and had a graph for failures. I would suggest just the wording e.g. You're welcome! If you have any other questions or need assistance, just let me know. as Sofitel is associated with Luxury better curated English instead of just let me know this could be, do reach out accordingly.
