Duve is an excellent communication tool between the hotel and guests. Their team will always respond quickly with reliable support and helpful training, while continuously introducing new features that add value to our operations and enhance the guest experience.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Sometimes messages or emails to guests have the wrong hotel name. Occasionally guests will receive a further review request months after departure.
