Ease of use, and Rory the AI support is surprisingly good! Our current account manager Long is also incredibly helpful, and quick to respond.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Reporting and analytics could be improved. Sometimes we are working around the existing standard reports to export and manipulate further. Perhaps a custom dashboard builder.
