What do you like most?
For me, the best thing is the system is quite simple. There are many functions but they are not too complicated to use. I especially like being able to manage OTA rates without having to do too many steps.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The Support team is helpful when contacted, but reducing the waiting time in the system itself would be better. Also, a phone call like call center should be nice.
