What do you like most?
The standard hotel functions, rooms etc are very simple for front office teams. Majority of day to day tasks are very intuitive. The AI chat support is actually very helpful.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The finance side. From an accounting point of view it is not as good as other products I have used. Deposits for events or non-integrated payments in particular need to be sorted. Accounting set up is also not as straight forward as it could be. Looks like it has been designed so a nonfinance person could set it up, which works for simple hotel set ups but anything more complex then becomes harder to set up because of this.
