What do you like most?
I like the upselling opportunities - guests are encouraged to book any additional treatments/packages/products at checkout should they wish. The ease of use - everything is straight forward, AI Fin is available 24/7 and very helpful should we encounter difficulties. The integration with Guestline and Spa Seekers makes the customer journey smoother.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Be able to tailor certain bits which may be site specific - we have a bowling alley and we've had to try make it work for our bookings. On the online shop front I would like more tabs - classes/ bowling/ membership/ treatments/ spa packages.
