What do you like most?
What I like most about Cloudbeds is the dashboard. Everything is organized in one place, including daily check-ins, check-outs, and reservations. It makes it much easier to manage daily hotel operations.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would like to see a more fully functional mobile application that allows users to create and manage bookings directly. It would be much more convenient to handle reservations while away from the front desk.
