What do you like most?
Always somebody at the other end of an email or phone to help rectify any problem that may arise. User friendly and account managers are very accessible.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Voucher area could do with more options. At present vouchers cannot be partially redeemed and it would be good it this was added to the voucher section so guest could check online to see what their voucher balance is.
