What do you like most?
The Cendyn Team is very responsive to any issues/adjustments you need done. The HTNG interface allows for more real-time information to make informed decision. The Web version of the product is very user-friendly.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The set-up of your initial input information can be very time-consuming...especially when using both GroupRev and GuestRev. Providing an easier way to input in one system alone and having both systems pick it up would help with the set-up and maintenance of things like your Events.
