What do you like most?
That you can interact with guests via text and they don't have to be in the room. Ivy has made our hotel guests' stay more comfortable and convenient. They can be having dinner at a restaurant and request robes to their room. I just think that is very helpful to our guests.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There are some technicalities that can be improved. Such as if a guest moves from one room because he doesn't like the view. Ivy stays with the old room number and this can be confusing at times and amenities can be delivered to the wrong room number. Also some of the smart responses are triggered when they shouldn't have.
