What do you like most?
- Flexibility of the data we can see - you can basically have easy access to all the data you need - Hyper customization of the reports : you can build your own reports and graphics based on your needs - Flexibility of the support team, always give fast feedback to the queries
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
- Strategy part is great, only a few things to improve in the lay-out - Reporting part could be more user-friendly and straight-forward, especially in the wording that is used. It still needs quite some training before mastering all the categories of graphs and tables available. It's the downside of having all those data available, it's sometimes difficult to build a consistent report out of it. But as long as you know what you want, the support team will help you building it
