What do you like most?
*EOM statement format has remained unchanged - it's simplicity has stood the test of time. Unit booking pick list is my personal favourite function. Reporting options are both diverse and practical for a variety of situations.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would be thrilled if you implemented a charges grid for bulkcharges such as rates, BC levies, electricity accounts etc. Thegrid for unit charges is the only function of your competitors that I have admired.
