What do you like most?
Nothing to be honest. Their connections for their channel manager is pretty bad. Honestly, there are better channel manager out there with better connection and customer service. I am not being biased or anything but their customer service is really bad.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Their customer service. Their channel manager didn’t import one of my OTA booking into their channel manager and my hotel have to dealt with not having enough room for that guest and when I message their customer service on their portal, they did not take any responsibility or provide any solution and just close my ticket with a simple sorry. I even have a screenshot of their reply as proof.
