What do you like most?
Many times the focus is on improving service or productivity. But what has also stood out in all the hotels where we have implemented the tool is that a tool is in the hands of the staff who have been neglected for a long time in technological advances. The illusion that the staff transmits when it comes to being able to work with an application that really makes their work easier, the silence that enters when they no longer need to use the radios and the fact that they suddenly understand the mutual dependence between the departments It is already if they have been a total success.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The incidents of the clients would have to be linked to the reservation and not to the room. These should be kept until the client's departure so that they are always visible for any follow-up.
