What do you like most?
We love the ability to scale processes & create projects across multiple customers. The tool is very user-friendly & agile to the ever-changing business needs of our pre-opening projects. The administrative side is just as user-friendly which allows us to work better for our clients. The tool is constantly being updated & our feedback is taken into consideration at all times.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There are a few enhancements that we have brought up in the past that have been added into regular cadence of enhancements which is always appreciated.
