What do you like most?
It gives us information about the guest preferences prior to the arrival. Thus we are enabled to provide better and tailor-made service. Additionally, feedback from previous stays is provided, which is extremely helpful.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I haven't identified areas for improvement yet. The guests have the option to choose preferred method of contact and leave email or phone number so if something needs to be communicated to them, we have the opportunity to do it.
