-Your extranet is user friendly -Your customer service is excellent. You always answer my questions as soon as possible. -Although everything has been restricted due to Covid, I think this is productive cooperation for us. -On the other hand, the fact that we can cancel the deal whenever we want, I think, shows Sojern's self-confidence.
