What do you like most?
The complex issue of channel availability, booking management, occupancy, differentiated pricing through to invoicing and credit card management was well solved. The support also works if you have any questions! And there are always questions with such complex software systems.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Regular training courses should be offered outside of the introduction/setup at the beginning (setup). Also for employees. Online and maybe even (together with other hoteliers) on site. Deepened system competence and trust and maybe even something like community would develop.
