What do you like most?
This software is helpful with communicating with co-workers that you don't see on a daily basis. I've found it helps us all respond to one another in a timely manner, not sure that this would be possible without the use of this software.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There isn't anything I really dislike about the software. I find that it tends to be more of a Facebook with work rather than useful information at times. Although, that has to do with people who use it, not necessarily the software itself. One thing I would improve with Helloshift, would be the amount of characters used in leaving a note. It becomes too much for some people. Private messages should be used more for leaving longer notes.
