Flexkeeping's Hotel Operations Platform helped Viajero Hostel Buenos Aires to eradicate manual operational inefficiencies and foster real-time collaboration. The integration allowed the hostel to address challenges related to communication gaps, manual data entry, and coordination issues between departments.
Unlock productivity and efficiency: Within the housekeeping department, every process operated entirely through manual means. From linen counting to the manual input of all information, these processes were vulnerable to human errors. The workflow and task allocation were inefficient, contributing to a significant communication gap.
Supercharging collaboration: The Front Office functioned as the central hub for communication and information dissemination throughout the entire hostel.
