There aren't many other competitors, especially in the Spanish market. It is an ideal product for hotels looking to add more value to the experience guests will have at their hotel. They're very focused on making the user experience simple and intuitive.

It is essential that your hotel's WiFi works well, otherwise the overall experience will be impacted.
