What does this product or service do well?

Answer:

Their International SMS surveys is really cool, and QR code surveys are very fast and easy to be used at any time by the clients. Also, their Kiosk Surveys are very attractive for guests, they like it.

What differentiates this product or service from the competition?

Answer:

Easy and fast to be used by clients at the correct time, prior to leave the hotel. So, hotels can take actions to solve any issue before guests leave the hotel. It is really helpful to avoid negative experiences. Other solutions are not so fast and efficiente.

Question:

Based on your experience with this product or service, if you could give one piece of advice to a hotelier considering this product or service, what would it be?

Answer:

Being able to have instant information about the guests during their stays is a great advantage for us. As we can take decisions and correct issues very quickly and improve our service levevl. I encourage all the different types of establishments, not just hotels, to use this tool. Especially the tourist destinations.
