What does this product or service do well?

Answer:

UpMail is the best tool I've seen for hotel sales teams. It allows hotel sales to structure their communications for both proactive and reactive sellers, pulling through on brand digital content, to elevate the sales pitch, and optimise the customer buying experience.

What differentiates this product or service from the competition?

Answer:

UpMail is amazingly easy to use, super flexible to adapt for multiple sales scenarios and can be configured on a custom basis for hotel groups or individual hotels based on their requirements. They bring the customer buying experience to the next level, for example, they enable hotel sales teams to include proposal, contract, e-signature and online payment all in one step. This is truly unique.

Based on your experience with this product or service, if you could give one piece of advice to a hotelier considering this product or service, what would it be?

Answer:

UpMail platform can be configured in a different way based on your hotel group team structure and requirements, so I recommend deploying to an entire team as the platform strengths are really about how they can streamline and support the consistency of the sales communications across all members of your team.
