What do you like most?
I like the different templates that can be saved and used when sending proposals and especially contracts. There are different hotel properties, and I like how each has their own templates that can be amended accordingly. And then also, provide virtual tours, photos that we can share, but also add a new one if needed. This platform is amazingly simply to use and very efficent.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There could an option of a template to follow up. We do get the reminder, but based on what has been sent, it would be great to have set an automatic option of reminding the client or the agent to let us know if they have any feedback or questions, or if they are ready to confirm their booking with us.
