Duve announces its direct integration with Booking.com, a strategic move designed to significantly enhance guest communication capabilities. This new two-way integration streamlines the syncing of messages from Booking.com directly into Duve's Communication Hub, creating a centralized platform for managing guest interactions across multiple channels, including email, WhatsApp, SMS, and other online travel platforms.

The integration enables hosts to easily tailor guest communications by leveraging Duve's advanced personalization capabilities. By incorporating specific details from each guest's reservation, the Communication Hub allows for the customization of messages, ensuring a more engaging and tailored experience for guests. Additionally, Duve's AI Agents optimize the efficiency of guest service operations and shorten response times by prioritizing urgent conversations and providing AI-generated responses to inquiries.
