EOS Hospitality Partners with IDeaS to Power Commercial Strategy Across Entire Operating Portfolio
Exclusive agreement brings IDeaS’ suite of industry-leading revenue management and commercial success solutions to 60+ properties
IDeaS, a SAS company and the world’s leading provider of hospitality revenue management software, today announced a new technology partnership agreement with EOS Hospitality, a hotel management firm overseeing a growing collection of 60 distinctive hotels, resorts and outdoor accommodations located in destinations across the U.S.

Following a competitive evaluation process, EOS Hospitality selected IDeaS to replace its previous provider and lead its next stage of commercial transformation. The decision to implement IDeaS G3 Revenue Management System (RMS) was driven not only by its proven ability to deliver smarter pricing, demand forecasting and operational efficiency across a diverse range of accommodations, but also by the broader value of IDeaS’ integrated commercial vision.
EOS recognized IDeaS’ unique ability to deliver flexible, scalable solutions tailored to the distinct needs of its varied property types—from full-service urban hotels to seasonal resorts and emerging camping accommodations. Tools like IDeaS Optix will provide granular visibility into individual property performance, estate-wide trends and configurable reporting by ownership subgroup—streamlining complex stakeholder communications and enabling smarter, data-driven decisions at every level of the organization. Additionally, IDeaS RevPlan will empower EOS with automated financial forecasting and customizable reporting, replacing manual data aggregation with real-time insights that support strategic planning and investor transparency.
The initial 3-year agreement will see EOS’ existing portfolio of 50 properties begin migration to the IDeaS commercial platform in 2025, with the flexibility to add additional properties as the group continues to scale.
