MeetingPackage Selected by Accor as Exclusive Global Provider for Group and Meetings & Events Distribution
Partnership to Power Instant Bookings, RFP Automation, and Centralized Distribution of Group Accommodation and Meeting Rooms
MeetingPackage has been selected by Accor, a world-leading hospitality group with more than 5,600 hotels across 110 countries, as its exclusive global provider for the digital distribution and automation of group accommodation and Meetings & Events (M&E) bookings.
The partnership marks a major step forward in Accor’s digital transformation strategy, enabling the centralized management of meeting room and group stay bookings across both direct and indirect channels, including online and offline workflows.
At the core of the rollout is the MeetingPackage Group & M&E Central Reservation System (CRS), which will serve as the central platform for managing inventory, pricing, content, and availability. While Accor will develop its own custom direct booking engine for brand websites, it will be connected to MeetingPackage to optimize the RFP flow while unlocking direct booking for meeting spaces.

The platform enables real-time bookings and dynamic pricing for both meeting rooms and group accommodation, while also automating RFP handling from third-party platforms like Cvent. These leads are routed directly to the right hotel and into its Sales & Catering (S&C) system.
While MeetingPackage supports connectivity with a wide range of S&C systems, for this rollout, Accor has selected Delphi, Oracle OSEM, iVvy, and Backyou to align with its existing infrastructure and operational requirements.
The system is further enhanced by AI-powered features that automatically interpret RFPs, enrich data, propose responses, and intelligently assign inquiries to the appropriate hotels—reducing response time and improving conversions.
