Oaky, a hyper-personalised upselling software, has joined forces with Host Hotel Systems, a leader in digitising the hotel guest experience, to offer users a free integration between their systems.
The one-way integration between Oaky and HostPMS allows the upselling software to send automated personalised emails to all arriving guests. The system also uses real-time room availability from the PMS to ensure it promotes only available deals.
