Visual Matrix Townsquare Meeting a Success

This past week we welcomed a group of hotel industry consultants, partners, and leaders to our inaugural Townsquare 2023 event to see how we can work together, introduce our hospitality operating platform and innovate new ways for supporting hoteliers and helping them succeed.  

We gathered at the picturesque Hawks Cay Resort in Duck Key, Florida for laid-back discussions covering a variety of topics, including the latest hospitality technology trends, major economic and technology challenges, traditional hotel technology focus vs. modern hotel technology focus, and all the new and exciting developments with our PMS (property management system) and MOP (housekeeping and maintenance app).  

We believe the future of hospitality will be built on the town square, where hotels, brands, tech providers, and other stakeholders meet, share ideas, and work together for the benefit of all. 

Our guests also heard great presentations from Profitsword by actabl, Hotel Effectiveness by actabl, and our event sponsors Vertical Booking and new partners FreedomPay and Aavgo. 

We all collaborated on having fun, too! Fireside chats on the beach, watching beautiful sunsets, meeting the resort’s resident dolphins, and a sunset cruise capped off a great couple of days with new and old friends.
